1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) via the online shop of

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been sent.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. Due to the small business regulation (Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is charged.
5. Delivery and shipping
(1) Delivery is made via dropshipping directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler in China.
(2) Delivery time is usually 10 to 30 working days , but may vary due to customs clearance or shipping delays.
(3) The seller assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g. shipping service providers, customs).
6. Returns and Cancellation
(1) The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(2) Returns must be sent exclusively to the return address in China specified by the seller.

7. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card, etc.).
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
10. Liability
The seller is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the seller is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
11. Dispute resolution

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
